  Mission Statement 

The Barnes Cove Homeowners Association Board of Directors (your volunteer homeowner/neighbors) is a non-profit member organization,  of which you are a member,  whose sole purpose is to protect, serve and promote the interests of the homeowners of Barnes Cove Subdivision while managing the day to day operations of the subdivision.
It is the mission of the Barnes Cove Homeowners Board of Directors to develop a sense of community through the promotion of common interests, open communication, preservation and improvement of the neighborhood and the enhancement of property values while promoting a high quality of life within the Barnes Cove neighborhood.
It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to see that all rules and guidelines of the Barnes Cove neighborhood are met and properly enforced. It is also the responsibility of the Board to promote the common good and general welfare of the residents of Barnes Cove through improved safety, neighborhood events, neighborhood improvements and the expression of neighborhood goals and opinions to public agencies.
