The Barnes Cove HOA Annual Meeting for 2014 will take place on Wednesday, December 10th at 6:00pm in the Peacock Meeting Room in Lenox Village.

Directions:  Lenox Village - Nolensville Pike - Peacock Meeting Room on 6th floor.
-Elevator door to 6th floor is located behind the Burger Republic to the left of                                           SushiMe and the Leasing Office-

The purpose of the meeting is an organizational requirement of the HOA's Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, in that a board of directors has to be elected for each new year. While this invitation is extended to all residences, only owner(s) of a property lot may cast a vote or be elected to the board. Most of the existing board has volunteered for another term. However, there is always room for more board members should anyone have an interest in taking part. Officers are elected from the new board members at the first board meeting of the new year.

Those in residence and who hold a lease or rental agreement are encouraged to attend and share opinions and concerns about the community during the open discussion portion of the meeting.
